Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NVRvid.com ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Use License

Subscription Content

a. Upon subscribing to NVRvid.com, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the dancehall videos available through our subscription service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

b. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on NVRvid.com
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

c. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by NVRvid.com at any time.

2. Account Registration

Account Creation

a. To access subscription content, you must create an account with NVRvid.com.

b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

a. NVRvid.com offers paid subscription plans that provide access to our dancehall video content.

b. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

c. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

d. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with notice provided through the Site or via email before changes take effect.

e. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to your initial subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Engage in unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. All content on NVRvid.com, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NVRvid.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. The Night Rider video collection comprises original content captured over decades, and all rights to this footage are owned or licensed by NVRvid.com.

c. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

b. NVRvid.com does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

c. In no event shall NVRvid.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site.

7. Geographic Restrictions

The Site is operated from Jamaica. We make no representations that the Site or its content are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, suggestions, feedback, or other materials to the Site, you grant NVRvid.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Use the Site to transmit any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful computer code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site

10. Changes to Terms

NVRvid.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

User-Generated Content and Uploader Warranties

NRVid allows registered creators to upload video and other content ("User Content"). This section governs that content.

Ownership. You retain ownership of the User Content you upload. NRVid does not claim ownership of your User Content.

Your warranties. By uploading User Content to NRVid, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own the User Content or otherwise have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions necessary to upload it and to grant the licence below; (b) the User Content, and NRVid's use of it as permitted here, does not and will not infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, or any applicable law; and (c) you have obtained any releases or clearances required from persons appearing in, or contributing to, the User Content.

Licence you grant to NRVid. By uploading User Content, you grant NRVid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, transcode, adapt for technical purposes, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and stream the User Content for the purposes of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the service. This licence continues for as long as your User Content remains on the platform, and ends within a commercially reasonable time after you remove it, except to the extent it has been shared with others who have not deleted it or where we are required to retain it by law.

Prohibited content. You agree not to upload User Content that infringes any third party's rights or that you are not authorised to share. NRVid removes content that is the subject of a valid infringement notice and terminates the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

Removal. NRVid may remove or disable access to any User Content at its discretion, including content that violates these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.
