DMCA & Copyright Policy

NRVid.com ("NRVid", "we", "us") is operated by Night Rider Videos. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. NRVid is a platform that hosts video created and uploaded by its operator and by registered creators. It is our policy, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and other applicable law, to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or remove content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

1. Content on NRVid

A substantial portion of the video available on NRVid is original footage filmed and owned by Night Rider Videos, much of which carries a visible NIGHTRIDERVIDEO.COM watermark. The remainder is uploaded by registered creators who, under our Terms of Use, warrant that they own or are licensed to use the content they upload and grant NRVid a licence to host and stream it. We remove content that is the subject of a valid infringement notice as described below.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on NRVid infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it — for example, the URL of the video on NRVid.
4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content of yours that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorisation from the copyright owner or under the law to post it, you may send a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)):

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you are located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which NRVid may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

NRVid will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

We may update this DMCA & Copyright Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
